Moldovan Army's servicemen donate blood in Chisinau, Balti, Cahul

Chisinau, 10 April /MOLDPRES/ - More than 250 servicemen today donated blood at three collection centres opened in the garrisons Chisinau, Balti and Cahul.
According to the head of the medical and military department, lieutenant colonel Sergiu Cirlan, military of the Defence Ministry, General Staff, Moldova, Stefan cel Mare and Dacia motorized infantry brigades, as well as the units deployed in the Military Camp 142 participated in the action.
The action was organized by the Defence Ministry, in cooperation with the National Blood Transfusion Centre, for the completion of the blood reserves, including of the National Army.
Data by the Defence Ministry shows that more than 1,300 servicemen and civilians of the National Army donated blood within the campaigns organized in partnership with Moldovan specialized institutions.
