Chisinau, 11 April /MOLDPRES/ - A coalition must be created proceeding from the needs of people and not from positionings of parties and state offices, according to the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM). The head of the PDM parliamentary faction, Pavel Filip, has made statements to this effect in an interview given with a portal from the Moldovan capital.
According to Filip, the parties should clearly say what they plan to do for the citizens and the proposals must be analyzed. “The best coalition possible is the one which will solve the problems of people, without scandal, without vainglories and without hidden agendas. It is important that common points are found for people and the points which can trigger divergences be frozen. No matter the political preferences we have – and which PDM, as a matter of fact, has announced, - we want to create the coalition which will bring the best result for the people. This means a coalition which is able to enforce including the social measures which we synthesized in the Social Package for Moldova several days ago,” Filip noted.
The head of the PDM parliamentary faction specified that the delay and refusal to negotiate a coalition were against the interests of Moldova and its citizens, as they are made at the expense of the quality of citizens’ life and the country’s economy. “The first condition for the formation of a ruling coalition is to discuss. Those who refuse the political dialogue are against the Moldovan citizens. More exactly, who promotes the “dialogue of the deaf people” from hidden interests seriously harm the interests of Moldova’s citizens. I think that there are solutions and they must be enforced,” Pavel Filip added.
