New head in Falesti district

Chisinau, 12 April /MOLDPRES/- The head of Falesti district, Iraida Bănari, resigned yesterday during an extraordinary meeting of the district council.

Following a majority vote of Falesti representatives, Democratic councillor Viorel Babii was elected as head of the district.

Viorel Babii was born in 1972, and previously held several senior positions, including director-general at Energia, RED Nord-Vest etc.
