CTIF's press service says that the number of individuals and legal entities that received electronic signatures in the first quarter increased by 8 percent.
According to CTIF data, the share of individuals in the total number of those who obtained electronic signatures in the first quarter of 2019 increased from 79 percent to 83 percent against the same period in 2018, and the share of legal entities decreased from 21 per cent to 17 per cent.
The Center's specialists explain the faster pace of the increase in the number of applications by individuals to obtain electronic signatures by expanding and diversifying the flow of electronic documents, the emergence of new types of electronic public services requiring electronic authentication.
Private people and legal entities use the electronic signature to remotely distribute documents, applications or official statements without showing the offices of public institutions, saving time and money.
