Political Executive Committee of Socialists asks signing of new agreement with ACUM bloc

Chisinau, 13 August /MOLDPRES/- The Political Executive Committee of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova had a meeting today and recommended to the parliamentary faction to sign a new agreement with the ACUM bloc.
According to the press service of the PSRM, the event focused on issues related to the current political situation in the country, the calendar of local elections on October 20, and recommendations were issued for the next Republican Council of the PSRM, as well as for the parliamentary faction.
Finally, the members of the Political Executive Committee of the PSRM said that "the provisional agreement with ACUM bloc signed on June 8, 2019 was largely fulfilled and recommended that the PSRM parliamentary faction sign a new agreement".
Earlier, the leader of the PSRM faction, Vlad Batrîncea, reiterated the need to sign a new agreement with ACUM bloc. The opinion is also supported by the head of state Igor Dodon, former leader of the PSRM.
The ACUM bloc MPs came with reactions to the demands of the Socialists, but did not mention whether or not they would sign a new agreement with the PSRM.
