Chisinau, 23 August /MOLDPRES/ – The promulgation decree and the law for modification of the Law of the state social insurance budget for 2019 has been published on Friday, 23 August, in the Official Journal (MO).

After the modifications made by Parliament, the compulsory healthcare insurance funds for 2019 will amount up to MDL 7,709,848.3 thousand and to expenses MDL 7,709,848.3 thousand.

According to situation as of 01 July 2019, the total revenues represented MDL 3,073,871.5 thousand, which represents an achievement rate of 42 per cent compared to the approved plan. The executed expenses constituted MDL 3,194,120.0 thousand, with a realisation rate of 42.4 per cent. According to the results of execution in Ist semester, the budget of the compulsory healthcare insurance funds was finalised by exceeding the expenses on incomes, with a deficit in the amount of MDL 120,248.5 thousand.
