Moldovan official journal roundup for 30 August

Chisinau, 29 August /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court’s decision on the validation of MP mandates will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 30 August.

According to the CCM decision, the notifications on validation of three MP mandates were submitted by the Central Election Commission / CEC /.

Thus, the magistrates decided to validate the MP mandates to the alternate candidates, Ruxanda Glavan, from the list of the Democratic Party, Serghei Cataranciuc, ACUM bloc, and Igor Himici, Shor Party.

The seats remained vacant after on July 26, the parliament took note of the requests of resignation of Democratic MP Otilia Drăguțanu, ACUM bloc MP Liliana Onofrei-Nicolaescu and Shor Party MP Maria Albot.
