Teachers of agri – food sector schools gather at annual conference in Moldova

Chisinau, 29 August /MOLDPRES/ – There are to be examined the innovative methods of training young people, oriented towards development of professional and entrepreneurial competences, so as to increase the competitiveness of activities in agri – food sector, at the Annual Conference of teachers from the technical vocational education institutions in domain, 50th issue. The event is organised on 29 – 30 August, by the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment (MADRM).

The main issues included on the conference agenda are related to results of activity of educational institutions, prospects of providing external assistance for development of quality of vocational training, as well as innovative methods for vocational training of young people.

During 02 days, there will be several sessions of discussions with educators, with reference to activity report of institutions; with development partners – to discuss the opportunities of external assistance, as well as with labour market experts to find out the vision of economic agents upon the quality of training of specialists and possibilities of professional training in workplace during internships.

The Minister of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, Georgeta Mincu, will join the conference participants on IInd day, as to discuss the issues in the field and exchange views and proposals on efficiency of interinstitutional cooperation.

The meeting of teachers from technical vocational education institutions in agri – food field is held yearly. This year the conference has reached its 50th issue and it is taking place at Vadul lui Voda.
