Moldovan official journal roundup for today

Chisinau, 30 August /MOLDPRES/- Several personalities from Moldova received state awards. Order of the President in this regard was published in the Official Journal of Moldova today.

Under the document, honored coach of the Republic of Moldova, Chirpicenco Alexandr was awarded the Order of the Republic. The same distinction was conferred on the law doctor, Boris Negru, professor and academician Simașchevici Alexei, honorary head of the management board of the Children's Fund.

At the same time, the Order Bogdan the Founder was offered to Andrei Smochina, PhD in law, professor and to Gheorghii Tabunșcic, former governor of Gagauzia. The Order of Honor was awarded to Tatiana Cunețchi, an economist, expert in the financial-banking field and Nicolae Esanu, a lawyer, former Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice. Mihail Sidorov, a lawyer, former MP and Ion Stăvilă, Ambassador with special missions to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration were awarded the Order Labor Glory.

Also, the issue comprised the presidential decree on awarding the Order of Honor to singer Maria Codreanu, People’s Artist of Moldova.  The award was conferred "as high appreciation of special merits in the field of musical art, for significant successes in creative activity and contribution to strengthening intercultural relations".

Both documents came into force today, with publication in the Official Journal.
