Participants in vaccination marathon organized by Chisinau-based Medical University can be vaccinated also with Pfizer as of 22 May

Chisinau, 22 May /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova’s citizens, as of today at 8:00, can be vaccinated also with Pfizer at the immunization marathon, From Student to Student, organized by the Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF).
According to data by USMF, the immunization with Pfizer will take place at the anti-COVID-19 vaccination point placed at the headquarters of the University Social-cultural Complex (Nicolae Testemitanu Street 25), where there are six vaccination flows.
The quoted source said the 530 people had been vaccinated in the first four hours since the launch of the Marathon, of whom 416 – with AstraZeneca and 116 with Sinopharm. The first to be immunized were students of USMF, Moldovan Technical University and State University of Moldova.
The vaccination is made without scheduling, 24 hours, based on the identity card. The marathon will end on 23 May at 21:00.
USMF Nicolae Testemitanu informs that it will also provide the second dose of vaccine: on 11-13 June – with the Sinopharm and Pfizer vaccines and on 16-18 July – with AstraZeneca.
