Moldova to further cooperate with OSCE to meet security challenges in region

Chisinau, 22 October /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu had a meeting yesterday in Vienna with Helga Schmid, Secretary General of the OSCE, the presidential press service has reported.

The head of state said that Moldova will continue to work with the OSCE to address security challenges in the region,and to advance cooperation in security, human rights and fight against corruption.

Maia Sandu thanked the official for the support provided to our country and institutions in the Transnistrian settlement process. "We continue to rely on OSCE support to facilitate dialogue and support the parties in promoting comprehensive and sustainable political regulation," the head of state said at the meeting.
