112 service to reduce questioning time of people three times

Chisinau, 29 March /MOLDPRES/- The 112 service will reduce the time of questioning people requesting ambulance, firefighters or police three times, because the system automatically identifies the person’s name and surname, and locates it by recording the information very quickly. Prime Minister Pavel Filip made the statement in an exclusive interview for the MOLDPRES.
The 112 service offers a set of functionalities such as – automatic generation of a case card at the time of call, monitoring the case settlement throughout its duration to the outcome of the intervention and archiving the data, real time geographic location of the caller, interviewing the citizen on the case once and the availability of the data for all emergency services involved in the case management, the possibility of interaction of virtual conference emergency services when solving major extraordinary situations, the integration of data from various informational resources or filtering false calls.
The premier noted that the industrial commissioning of the 112 service is set for 30 June. It enters into operational service on 29 March, after which an extensive migration process to the 112 service of functionalities, data integration and IT systems will begin.
