Working groups for telecommunication, postal services hold meeting in Chisinau

Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/ – There was held today the meeting of working groups for telecommunication and postal services at the headquarters of the OSCE Mission in Chisinau. The delegation from Chisinau was headed by the State Secretary for Information and Communication Technology of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, Vitalie Tarlev, coordinator of the working group, the office for reintegration policy’s information and media communication service has reported.

The professionals continued to address some aspects of implementation of the Protocol on Telecommunications Interaction of 25 November 2017, with an exchange of views on measures to be taken to overcome the existing difficulties.

Also, according to provisions of the Protocol to the official meeting of "Permanent conference on political issues in the Transnistrian settlement process" held in Rome, Italy, on 29 – 30 May 2018, it was signed at the level of Road – map coordinators on implementation of the provisions of the Protocol Decision "On organisation of telecommunication interaction" of 25 November 2017.

The next meeting will take place in Tiraspol city.
