Moldovan president invites parliamentary party leaders to joint dialogue

Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/ – After a round of talks held today at the State Residence with the leaders of three parliamentary parties, the head of state, Igor Dodon, launched a new invitation. This time, the leaders of the PSRM, PDM and bloc ACUM have been called for a joint dialogue.
According to Dodon, the joint meeting is to take place next week, on 02 April at 12:00, at the State Residence. "I invite the leaders Zinaida Greceanii, Vlad Plahotniuc, Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase, with one or two companions each, for a common dialogue that will bring us closer to a political decision long-awaited by all citizens of Moldova," said Dodon .
The president said today that most of the leaders involved in the talks accepted the need to clarify the political situation for the citizens and especially the need to reach a final decision on future governance to deal with socio-economic issues Moldova.
"I think these talks in the presidency have been useful, have catalised political processes and will have a major rush to make a final decision – whether negotiations will start and a new parliamentary majority will be formed, and then a new Government, or, on the contrary, the parties will openly declare that they prefer to go to early elections with the assumption of consequences, and in one case, in another," specified Dodon.
