Private people paying income tax may call CTIF for consultations

Chisinau, 27 March /MOLDPRES/- Private people paying income tax, who have uncertainties and / or questions about the drafting and filing of the income tax statement for 2018 may call for consultations at the Call Center of the Center for Information Technologies in Finance (CTIF) at 080001525.
According to the press service of CTIF, the centre’s operators are operating daily from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00. Calls to 080001525 are free and can be made from anywhere in the country, from any mobile or fixed phone.
Following the fiscal reform of autumn 2018 and the change in tax thresholds, private people paying income tax will submit two statements on income tax.
The first is the statement on income tax for 1 January 2018 - 30 September 2018, and the second one - statement on income tax for 1 October 2018 - 31 December 2018, the head of Customer Care of the CTIF, Oleg Virlan, said.
These forms (CET 15 and CET 18) can be obtained at any territorial office of the State Tax Service (SFS) or downloaded from - https://servicii.fisc.md/formulare.aspx
Those holding an electronic or mobile signature can fill in and submit CET 15 and CET 18 forms electronically through the electronic statement service on the computer or mobile phone.
Taxpayers who do not have an electronic or mobile signature can personally file their income tax statements at any tax department of SFS under identity card or by post.
According to Oleg Virlan, taxpayers who do not have access to the electronic statement service or have trouble accessing the service can call the Call Center to find out the reasons for blocking access, how to remove the causes of this blockade, and other technical issues related to the use of electronic tax services.
The deadline for submitting income tax statements expires on 2 May 2019.
