Moldovan PM says to continue with exact projects in each locality to solve persons' issues

Chisinau, 18 April /MOLDPRES/ – The inhabitants of Zubresti, Straseni district, will enjoy better infrastructure, with several projects being implemented at the same time. Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, has visited the village today, where he discussed with the locals being interested in their issues, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

People are pleased that they can now move on a good road to the church in the village. It was repaired in 2018 under programme: Good roads. For it, there have been allocated over MDL 760,000 from the budget. The road repair works in the locality will continue in 2019.

"This year we have to build twice as many roads as last year. The Government has allocated about MDL 1.9 million for it. We shall continue with exact projects in each locality to solve the persons' issues," said PM.

There is a reconstruction of the village kindergarten, for which it was allocated the sum of MDL 1.5 million from the budget, as well as repair works at the high school. For this purpose, it was granted the amount of MDL 400 thousand. The PM said that education remains a priority for Government. "We have implemented the law on payroll, increased the allowance for young teachers up to MDL 120,000 and allocate MDL 2,000 annually to teachers for studying materials. It is the most important area and reforms in education will continue," said Pavel Filip.

Also today, PM visited the post office in Codreanca village. It was opened at his initiative after the locals complained that the old office was in a bad condition. The people say they now have quality services and can raise their pensions and other allowances in good conditions. They also thanked PM for the Easter help of MDL 600. "We want to make this help permanent, and to increase it in time. And we will work for it," concluded Pavel Filip.
