Passengers to be able to online signal irregularities in trolley buses from Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 1 April /MOLDPRES/ - Passengers will be able to online signal irregularities noticed in the work of trolley busses from the Moldovan capital. The notification could be submitted to the Electric Transport Administration just during the travel in the public transport, due to QR codes posted in the transport units.   

More exactly, on the days to come, transfer pictures with a QR code will be posted in each transport unit; with the help of this code, citizens will be able to submit to the Electric Transport Administration a petition on an eventual problem discovered during the travel.  

The head of the Electric Transport Administration, Dorin Ciornii, today said that, to send an online petition just during the travel, passengers will have to scan the QR-code posted in the trolley bus. Subsequently, the user will be redirected to a form in which he/she will have to put down the number of the transport unit, time and problem tackled. The document will be submitted to the Transport Administration and enterprise’s specialists will consider the issue signaled.   

According to Ciornii, about 900 transfer pictures will be posted in all trolley buses from Chisinau.  

„Starting from today, the Electric Transport Administration launches a nice project. People will be able to write an online petition while being in the transport unit: either they are discontented with the work of the Administration’s employees, or they are not given ticket or one ticket was given to five people,” said the general acting mayor of Chisinau, Ruslan Codreanu, at a weekly meeting of the city hall’s services. 

The Electric Transport Administration also has a call centre, where about 20 calls are daily received from passengers.
